We established
our first offshore delivery center, Discoverture Solutions India
Private Limited (DSIL), at Bhubaneswar, India in 2003, as a wholly
owned subsidiary. In its infancy it had the core staff, basic
infrastructure and provided us the offshore capability. Our
immediate goal was to globalize our own supply chain for
competitive advantages. In its initial years, we delivered
multiple projects using our Global Service Delivery model which we
perfected over the years. As our demand outpaced the supply, we
formed strategic partnerships with leading service providers to
increase our capacity. That is when we decided to develop and
build core competencies in insurance and healthcare verticals in
development and quality assurance areas to meet our current and
future demands.
Now, our
Bhubaneswar Delivery Center is equipped with state-of-the-art
infrastructure, streamlined delivery model, globally standardized
methodologies, automated processes, highly skilled and experienced
staff to service current and future business opportunities that
meet and exceed your expectations. We are also in the planning
stages of adding 30,000 sft of space to our existing capacity
within next one year.
