| Our client has been using a few legacy IT
systems to run its Agricultural lines of business.
The IT systems handled Rating, Policy
Administration, Claims, Billing and Reporting
business processes. The platforms were getting
outdated. It was becoming harder and expensive to
obtain support and maintain them. Our client wanted
to ensure the current IT systems supporting the
ongoing operations were well maintained with reduced
costs. It was important for the client to focus on
more strategic business initiatives including
modernizing its IT systems and effectively
integrating newly acquired books of business. |

schedule.
