Steve Addair - Senior
Vice President, Insurance Technology
Mr. Addair comes with more than thirty years of experience and
success in driving high-level strategic technology initiatives for
market leading insurance companies. He has served in the senior
Information Technology leadership roles for Fortune 500 Insurance
companies including MetLife, Assurant and Atlanta Casualty. Earlier
in his career, he was a principal at a multi-line Independent
Insurance Agency.
In his current role, he provides strategic and operational
business leadership and is responsible for driving the company's
global Insurance practice and making it a leading technology
solution and service provider in this space.
Mr. Addair holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and
Insurance degree from the University of North Florida.
Sanjay Kanungo -
Executive Vice President, Business Development & Operations
Mr. Kanungo has over
twenty
years of experience as an IT consultant and executive in developing
technology strategies to meet business objectives. His client
experience includes work with such companies as Amgen, American
Express, Assurant, Citibank and NDCHealth. Prior to co-founding
Discoverture, Mr. Kanungo worked as a Senior Consultant and
Associate Director for a large IT services company.
His responsibilities include developing business strategy, value
propositions and ensuring on a global basis that Discoverture has
the right resources and capabilities to deliver its service
offerings. His responsibilities also include acheiving business
growth and profit targets. Mr. Kanungo holds a Master degree in
Computer Science and Applications from Regional Engineering College,
India. Mr. Kanungo is also a PMI certified Project Management
Professional.
Eric Eckert -
Vice President, Engineering
Mr.
Eckert comes with over twenty five years of development and management
experience in the Information Technology Industry. Mr. Eckert provides
extensive leadership, strategic and operational direction for the
company to compete successfully in the Solution IT marketplace.
Prior to co-founding Discoverture, Mr. Eckert was a Director with
Silverline Technologies, where he was instrumental in building the
Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in the company. He has a wide
range of experience with research, product development and
consulting firms. He graduated top of his class in Computer Science
from Northern Arizona University and has a Master of Computer
Science from Arizona State University. Mr. Eckert holds multiple
patents and has been published.
Vijaya Narasimha - Vice President,
Global Delivery
Mr. Narasimha comes with over eighteen years of technical
leadership experience in Information Technology industry. He has served
as a senior Architect for many Discoverture solutions in the healthcare
and insurance industries. He has also held technical leadership
positions in Epicentric, Covansys and TCS. He has been a consultant to
Daimler Chrysler, Amgen and a host of Fortune 500 companies.
Based in India, he leads company's software
development center in India. He continues to provide technical
leadership to ongoing projects and is also responsible for Finance and
Accounting functions. Mr. Narasimha holds a Bachelor's degree in
Electronics and Telecommunications
Engineering from Bangalore, India and is currently pursuing an MBA
degree from Arizona State
University.
Srini Krishnamoorthy - Vice President,
Global Operations
Mr. Krishnamoorthy comes with over sixteen years of experience
in technical leadership and project management. He has been a senior
consultant to several Fortune 100 Financial Services and Healthcare
companies. He leads various strategic engagements as a Senior Solution
Architect and Program Manager. He is also responsible for some
corporate functions and currently leads the company's UK operations.
Mr. Krishnamoorthy holds a Bachelor's degree in
Computer Engineering from University
of Madras, India and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Mr.
Krishnamoorthy is also PMI certified Project Management Professional.
