Mr. Addair comes with more than thirty years of experience and success in driving high-level strategic technology initiatives for market leading insurance companies. He has served in the senior Information Technology leadership roles for Fortune 500 Insurance companies including MetLife, Assurant and Atlanta Casualty. Earlier in his career, he was a principal at a multi-line Independent Insurance Agency.
In his current role, he provides strategic and operational business leadership and is responsible for driving the company's global Insurance practice and making it a leading technology solution and service provider in this space.
Mr. Addair holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Insurance degree from the University of North Florida. |

Mr. Krishnamoorthy comes with over twenty two years of experience in technical leadership and project management. He has been a senior consultant to several Fortune 100 Financial Services and Healthcare companies. He leads various strategic engagements as a Senior Solution Architect and Program Manager.
Mr. Krishnamoorthy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from University of Madras, India and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Mr. Krishnamoorthy is also PMI certified Project Management Professional. |

Mr. Kanungo has over twenty four years of experience as an IT consultant and executive in developing technology strategies to meet business objectives. His client experience includes work with such companies as Amgen, American Express, Assurant, Citibank, and NDCHealth. Prior to co-founding Discoverture, Sanjay worked as a Senior Consultant and Associate Director for a large IT services company.
Sanjay leads the overall delivery effort of the company. His responsibilities include establishing and implementing the company's proprietary delivery processes and procedures, maintaining the company's CMMi rating, and ensuring, on a global basis, that Discoverture has the right resources and capabilities to deliver its service offerings.
Sanjay holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Applications from Regional Engineering College, India. He is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional. |

| Mr. Eckert has over twenty five years of development and management experience in the Information Technology Industry. Prior to co-founding Discoverture, Eric was a Director with Silverline Technologies, where he was instrumental in building the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in the company. He has a wide range of experience with research, product development, and business technology firms.
Eric leads the product and engineering efforts of the company. He is responsible for defining the company’s products and services and provides leadership and direction for the company’s architectural efforts.
Eric holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University. Mr. Eckert also holds multiple patents and has been published. |

Mr. Narasimha comes with over twenty two years of technical leadership experience in Information Technology industry. He has served as a senior Architect for many Discoverture Solutions' Projects in the healthcare and insurance industries. He has also held technical leadership positions in Epicentric, Covansys and TCS. He has been a consultant to Daimler Chrysler, Amgen and a host of Fortune 500 companies.
Based in India, he leads company's software development center in India. He continues to provide technical leadership to ongoing projects and is also responsible for Finance and Accounting functions. Mr. Narasimha holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore University, India and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University, USA. |

Mr. Whitener comes with 34 years of experience in the P&C Insurance Industry. He has insurance industry experience in underwriting, analysis & reporting, strategic planning, product management, business systems management, and operations. Bick has worked for both large and mid-size carriers such as The Hartford, Assurant, Atlanta Casualty, and Unitrin Specialty. He also has work experience in the vendor market.
Bick leads the company’s marketing and industry relationships efforts. He is responsible for increasing the awareness of the company in the P&C insurance space, identifying market driven product and service needs, and measuring and increasing client loyalty.
Bick holds a Bachelor degree in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. |

Mr. Hedgecock has over 30 years of sales and sales management experience in the P&C software and services industry. Glenn has served in direct sales and sales management positions servicing all sizes of P&C insurance carriers and vendors. He has worked for companies such as PMSC, CSC, and TM Floyd.
Glenn leads the company’s global sales efforts. He is responsible for growth of Discoverture’s client base as well as growth of sales in existing clients.
Glenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of South Carolina. |
